With an in-house team of over 50 dedicated business support staff, we provide round-the-clock, rapid support across all our offices and projects.
Ultimately, our aim is to improve the quality of life of the ‘bottom billion’, not our bottom line.
Our profits are predominantly invested in expanding our international network of offices and strengthening our team so we can offer our clients, and the communities they serve, an effective, high-quality service.
OPM is owned by its staff and individuals with a shared commitment to international development.
The composition of our shareholders ensures that we can think and operate independently, free of a parent company or a majority shareholder that might have less socially-oriented goals.
Working with our suppliers
Our supply chain consists of partner organisations and self-employed consultants located in the UK and overseas. We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business ethically and with integrity, and expect our suppliers and business partners to conduct their business in a lawful and ethical manner. This includes adopting business practices that prevent or eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking from taking place within their supply chains.
