OPM provided a team to support the development of Yemen's aid policy paper and a study on aid absorption capacity ahead of a Consultative Group meeting. Background papers were prepared on international experience with aid policy, as well as a framework of indicators. The team leader facilitated a workshop in Yemen on key issues for aid policy development.
