OPM win Health sector contract in Kazakhstan

Mike Naylor, Director Social Policy and Sadikov Balat Nurmurzaevich, the Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Health, shake hands on the signing of the contract for the twinning project to build capacity in policy development, health financing, and financial management in the health sector of Kazakhstan. This project forms part of a $300 million plus wider programme of reforms in the health sector, co-funded by the Government of Kazakhstan and the World Bank, in which OPM will play a key role in supporting coordination and programme effectiveness. The project is for three years ending in 2013.
