Senior expert – refocusing of management and care functions in residential institutions, Tajikistan

OPM is seeking the short term services of a senior expert to support the refocusing of management and care functions within selected residential care institutions in Tajikistan.

The purpose of the assignment is to provide technical support to two residential care institutions to refocus the residential care institutions through organisational and services development. Building upon work already undertaken, the assignment is intended to result in an agreed implementation and action plan for refocusing the institutions, together with supporting documentation and contribute to the creation of the pre-conditions necessary for further organisational and services development.
