Social work and social care trainer(s), Tajikistan
As part of its support to the government of Tajikistan through the EU-funded project ‘Technical Assistance to Sector Policy Support Programme in the Social Protection Sector – Service Delivery Component’, OPM is seeking the services of a social work and social care trainer (or small team of trainers) to deliver a programme of training to a select group of social service providers in order to strengthen new competencies and capacities for practitioners. The services will include two residential institutions (one for children, one for adults and disabled people) and a territorial day care centre for older people. A fourth service type is yet to be confirmed.
The competencies which the training will be expected to strengthen are at Occupational Framework levels 1 and 2 (notionally congruent with EQF 3-4). Interested consultants should submit CV(s) (and in the case of a small team, a brief proposal of how the work will be split and team co-ordination assured) to chris.rayment@opml.co.uk by 24th February 2012.
Further information can also be requested ahead of that date. Please see the Terms of Reference for details. CVs should be submitted in the standard EU format which is attached.
