David Hoole is a public finance expert with more than 20 years' experience in advisory and managerial assignments in over 20 low and middle income countries. He has worked in Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean, providing advice and support on PFM issues and reforms. He has significant experience in the implementation of long term PFM reform programmes in central agencies of finance at national, sub-national and local levels. David is an experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams, used to working with public finance experts, public officials, policy makers and officials from international development agencies. He has worked for a wide range of international agencies including the World Bank, the IMF, the ADB, UNICEF, DFID, SECO, SIDA, and DANIDA. He has contributed to training and guidelines on PFM for several international development agencies.
