Programme Manager, FOSTER

Ken is a consultant in the Natural Resources and Energy Portfolio, and the Programme Manager for the Facility of Oil Sector Transformation (FOSTER) in Nigeria. FOSTER is a £19 million programme, funded by the UK government’s Department for International Development (DFID).

Ken is an experienced programme management professional, who possesses core strengths in: strategic planning, project & financial management, monitoring & evaluation, and managing effective operations/logistics systems. His experience includes working with Government agencies, international NGOs and private companies in Nigeria and the USA.

Ken has proven ability in working with others to ensure that all interventions are in line with programme objectives and are also effectively monitored and evaluated. He has led teams, managed resources, developed & overseen project implementation structures/systems, improved knowledge management and maintained donor relationships with: the World Bank, Department for International Development (DFID), U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), and Ford and Macarthur Foundation projects.

Ken has post graduate qualifications in Business Administration and Sustainable Development, as well as being a Project Management Professional (PMP).
