David Elliott

Biography

David Elliott has over 20 years consulting experience in project, programme and line management including conducting development strategies, sector analysis, firm-level business strategies, project feasibility studies and impact assessments. He has led major projects for public, private and third sector clients in developed and developing countries around the world. Prior to his current positions, David was a UK Board Director responsible for Strategy and Economics at Environmental Resources Management  Ltd (ERM), where he led and managed groups responsible for economics, sustainable development, planning, renewable energy, climate change and environmental policy. Prior to ERM, David had 11 years of management consultancy experience with KPMG undertaking a wide variety of strategy, economics and marketing projects in the UK and overseas. From 2003 to 2008 David was a non executive director of Maxwell Stamp Plc, a specialist development consultancy, and is currently Chairman of the Generating Company Ltd, the UK’s leading contemporary circus company.
