Biography

Janet Hayes is a consultant in the Economic Policy Programme. Janet has worked in the international development sector for over 10 years, both in the UK and overseas, and in a variety of programme, project and administration roles. Janet studied French and German at university and holds an MSc in Development Management. She has lived and worked in France, Germany, Tanzania and Vietnam and speaks fluent French and German as well as some Vietnamese and Swahili.
