Jeremy Holland

Biography

Jeremy Holland is a social development consultant, project manager and lecturer with 15 years experience in research and advisory work in the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He works on poverty and policy analysis; monitoring and evaluation; gender analysis; rights-based approaches; participatory governance; political economy; and participatory and combined research methods. From 1998 to 2001, Jeremy managed the DFID Social Development Resource Centre contract held by CDS Swansea. Jeremy has also been working with the World Bank’s Poverty Reduction Group on conceptualising and operationalising the Bank’s approach to empowerment.
