Biography

Jessica Rhys-Griffith is Director of Business Services. She is responsible for business planning, development and implementation of strategy for operational management and development. Business Services includes administration, tendering, human resources and IT services. Jessica has recently been responsible for managing the setting up of offices in Islamabad, Tshwane (Pretoria) and Delhi. She has worked in international development for four years and has extensive experience of preparing proposals for large-scale projects throughout the world and of programme and project cycle activities through the administration and financial management of projects for a range of clients, including DFID, the World Bank and the EC. Jessica studied International Politics and Strategic Studies at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
