John Gray

Biography

John Gray is a highly experienced public sector specialist with over 20 years experience in advisory and project management assignments in Africa, Eastern Europe, the NIS, Asia and Central America. He combines strong analytical skills as an economist and institutions specialist with a long track record in the management of large multi-disciplinary teams. He has extensive experience in relation to policy and regulatory issues, and to public sector budgetary management. He combines strong analytical skills as a policy economist with extensive experience of institutional issues. In recent years he has also undertaken a wide range of evaluations at the project and donor programme level. He has led many teams of consultants on both short and long term assignments.
