Manos Antoninis

Biography

Manos Antoninis joined OPM in January 2003. He holds a DPhil in economics from the University of Oxford for a study of technical education and the labour market in Egypt, completed at the Centre for the Study of African Economies. He was the lead specialist in a public expenditure tracking and service delivery survey of the secondary education sector in Bangladesh. Since October 2005 he has been resident technical adviser to the Department of Strategy and Donor Coordination at the Prime Minister’s Office in Albania. Before joining OPM he was a consultant to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and a principal investigator for a UNIDO survey of manufacturing enterprises in Nigeria.
