Biography

Mark Shelton is Finance Director at OPM and is responsible for all aspects of the financial function. His routine responsibilities include management and statutory reporting, tax, financial control, financial management, commercial support, liaison with country office financial staff, input into company strategy, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, planning and analysis and development of the financial systems. He is a member of the senior management team. Mark has been a chartered accountant since 1991 and has worked at senior levels within the finance departments of major international corporations, including PriceWaterhouseCooopers, Reuters, De La Rue, Charter and Volkswagen. Mark has worked in several developing countries and has experience of both commercial and technical financial roles.
