Pari Baumann

Biography

Pari Baumann specialises in social development research, policy and practice working on rural livelihoods, political decentralisation, administrative devolution, poverty-environment linkages, value-chain analysis, rural finance, institutional aspects of environmental management, livelihoods diversification, policy processes and policy reform.  Her recent experience includes working on the project formulation team of an IFAD Rural Finances and Marketing Program Project in Moldova where she was responsible for targeting the project design to the rural poor. She has also recently worked on the DFID funded Armenia Regional Development Programme (ARDEP) and Moldova Regional Development (MDRD) project.
