Biography
Rodolfo Beazley is a Consultant in poverty and social protection at Oxford Policy Management (OPM). He is an economist specialising in the design and evaluation of social protection programmes and labour market policies, the study of poverty measurements and targeting mechanisms, and in quantitative research methods. Prior to joining OPM, he worked for the Social Protection unit for the Latin American and Caribbean region at the World Bank, and as researcher for the Argentine government. In the last years he has been involved in projects in a wide range of countries such as Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Lesotho, Macedonia, Mozambique, and Nicaragua. Rodolfo holds a Master in Economics from Universidad de San Andres and a Master in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics.
