Sarah Holloway

Biography

Sarah Holloway, BA (Hons) Political Studies, Reading University, is an Associate Consultant with the PSFM Programme. Until September 2006 she was also the Director of the Programme. She is a public sector financial management specialist focussing mainly on accounting, audit and institutional arrangements issues. Sarah has also worked on broader performance improvement issues such as the development of performance management systems, senior management and institution development and the development of training and public service human resource management systems. She has worked extensively in project management roles in a range of public sector reform exercises in UK, central Amercia, Africa, Asia, Central Europe and the Caribbean.
