Sarah Javeed

Biography

Sarah Javeed is an anthropologist with more than 15 years’ experience in the field of social research in various regions of Pakistan – particularly within the community and health arena – conducting research studies, programme assessments and evaluations. She has undertaken several research assignments focusing on the attitudinal and behaviour aspects of health seeking behaviour, environmental and community development issues. Sarah has worked for the National Institute of Population Studies as a research associate, the World Conservation Union (IUCN) as Population–Environment Programme Officer, and as a Programme Officer for the Population Council, Pakistan.
