Biography
Stephen Akroyd is Director of OPM’s Public Sector Finance and Management Programme. He has over 15 years' experience of undertaking and managing consultancy assignments covering a wide range of development issues in countries in Africa, Asia , the former Soviet Union, and the Pacific region. His recent work has focused upon support to the design and implementation of centre-of-government reforms, covering policy planning and coordination, public financial management, institutional reform, and monitoring and evaluation.
