Biography
Stephen Jones has more than 20 years' experience managing and undertaking consultancy and research on a wide range of development issues. He has worked in more than 25 countries in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, eastern Europe, Latin America and the Pacific region. His recent work has focused on the reform and evaluation of development aid, fragile states, infrastructure strategies and poverty, and the political economy of development. His experience also includes rural development, the private sector and markets, and growth strategies. He is a Research Associate at Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford.
