Stephen Akroyd

Biography

Stephen Akroyd is the Director of the Public Sector Finance and Management Programme.  He has over fifteen years' experience of undertaking and managing consultancy assignments covering a wide range of development issues in a range of countries in Africa, Asia, the Former Soviet Union, and the Pacific.  His recent work has focused upon support to the design and implementation of centre of government reforms, covering policy planning and co-ordination, public financial management, institutional reform, and monitoring and evaluation.  He is a Research Associate of Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford.
