Biography
Tom Newton-Lewis is a consultant working for OPM in the Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management and New Business Development portfolios. His background is in National Development Strategy and Planning, with a particular emphasis on social protection and climate resilient development. He is also experienced in performance management, having worked on national planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation systems. Most recently, he has been managing a tourism business in Southern Africa and has extensive experience of delivering logistically complicated products under time and resource constraints.
