Project Information

OPM provided support in drafting a Programme Strategy for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, in coordination with Programme Departments, Field Offices and other concerned Departments.  The consultant also provided support to the Finance Department (Budget Division) and the External Relations Department in the preparation of the budget document, and the Programme Departments in reviewing and amending the programme-specific contributions to the budget document, and facilitated discussion of strategic issues.
