OPM provided advisory services on the strategy for the privatization of the Plantaže Winery, a major national asset that produces 15 million litres of wine a year. Within the assignment, OPM proposed solutions to a range of complex financial, land and political issues surrounding the wine industry in Montenegro and its future prospects.
