OPM designed a detailed 2.5 day seminar to help experienced donor staff to achieve a fuller understanding of the role of the Financial Sector in the processes of development and poverty reduction. This project represented the third delivery of the seminar programme. On this occasion it was targeted mainly at a group of staff of the Swedish aid agency Sida together with a number to consultants who work closely with Sida programmes.
