OPM has been engaged to support the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) in the design of the Financial Sector Modernization and Information Services Project (FSMIS), covering the SBV, the Credit Information Centre and Deposit Insurance of Vietnam. The current Phase 1 is a detailed diagnostic of the three institutions as the basis of a user needs analysis and a description of user requirements. This involves developing a conceptual framework of user needs, based on the current and future business requirements as perceived by local management and staff, as well as taking substantial account of relevant best international practice implemented by similar institutions in a variety of more developed countries.
