OPM provided a consultant to work within the Public Debt Division (PDD) of Ministry of Finance and Development Planning to develop a set of borrowing options for the Government, clarify institutional arrangements for debt management, and identify the Ministry’s training requirements, all of which are considered prerequisites for PDD to upgrade its analysis and management of public debt.
