OPM provided a senior methodology specialist with both public finance and rural sector knowledge to support the rural PER. The consultant undertook the following tasks: (i) advised on the scope of work, approach and overall methodology; (ii) supported the preparation of the draft report through inclusion of comparator country benchmarks, identification of key findings and recommendations, and performance indicators (iii) supported the dissemination of major findings, conclusions, and policy recommendations with stakeholder groups.
