The OPM consultant undertook a review of a £2 million DFID programme which supported the NEITI process. The purpose of the NEITI is to improve transparency in the management of Nigeria's oil and gas resources. As well as reviewing the project's past achievments, the consultant provided recommendations for the design of a second phase of the programme.
