| Independent assessment of the extent to which a list of 16 countries had achieved the four indicators required for them to be classified as Extractive Industries Transparency Initiatives (EITI) "Candidate Countries". The results of the assessment were presented to the EITI Board and were used as a basis for it's decision over which countries were formally classified as "Candidate Countries". |
