The scope of work includes identification, design, monitoring and evaluation of activities which DFID is funding concerned with trade policy, trade capacity development, multilateral and regional trading arrangements. Consultants are also required to conduct analysis of trade policy issues which have been identified as significant for our overseas partners, and which may have implications for DFID activities. Likewise, they are required to conduct country and/or regional studies in order to assist in the identification of key trade issues. In addition, consultants will be contributing to the design, monitoring, evaluation and/or delivery of training events aimed at partner country government officials, DFID officials and other key target audiences who might be identified. OPM is on the panel of services providers for this contract. It has pulled together a consortium which includes over 50 trade experts to provide trade-related services to DFID.
