Study of CAP Dairy Reform

Project Information

Following a series of proposals for reform to the EU dairy regime, OPM were commissioned to undertake a review of the impact of the proposed reform options on developing countries, highlighting the implications for world markets and likely winners and losers. This detailed review was used as a basis for discussion of the options both within Whitehall and with other EU member states.The research undertaken was desk-based. It provided recommendations on the line that should be taken in the discussion of the reform options.
