Project Information

OPM is implementing a DFID-funded project to support the Ministry of Labour, Health & Social Affairs in the reform and development of primary care health services in Georgia. The project is focussing on strengthened the Ministry’s policy, budget and human resource management capabilities, HMIS development and the development of Information, Education and Communication activities. Initially, the OPM team has been working with an EU team on costing a PHC Masterplan for the Kakheti Region and formulating reform implementations strategies for the Ministry. The project is planned to last until 2008.

The reports below are seven thematic volumes that explore the reform process.  These volumes provide essential guides to health systems and policy, intended for policymakers in Georgia and beyond.
