As part of its health sector reforms the Government of Armenia wishes to strengthen the capabilities of its hospital managers. In order to assist this process OPM was engaged in the development of a curriculum for hospital management, the design of teaching programmes and identification of materials, and in assessing the basis for accreditation of the se programmes. The task was undertaken in a collaborative way and included the National Institute for Health (NIH) and the hospital organisations within which these managers are working.
