To support the strengthening of coordination and implementation mechanisms of the National AIDS Commission that are crucial to the implementation of the National AIDS Plan to combat HIV/AIDS in Belize. In order to achieve this the consultant will: Undertake an institutional assessment of the NAC that will focus on coordination mechanisms and procedures, human and financial resource capacity and management; and provide technical assistance to implement recommendations in critical areas of institutional strengthening.
