Organisational Analysis and Capacity Strengthening

OPM has major expertise in understanding the organisational capabilities required to deliver health policies and strategies, translating these into capacity strengthening plans, and assisting clients in the design and delivery of those plans through training and other development activities. It undertakes such work in collaboration with human resource and organisational development functions in client organisations and with local educational, training and consulting institutions so as to ensure sustainability of interventions. OPM’s distinctive capability is to create tailored interventions drawing upon international expertise in contrast to off-the-shelf general solutions.
