The focus of our work is on key policy areas, where we have built our reputation for practical ability to apply a deep knowledge of international experience and research to particular national contexts and policy problems. Supported by our Service knowledge and expertise, our policy areas address critical issues in achieving sustainable international development.

Reflecting the multi-dimensional nature of development challenges, many of our projects involve working on combinations of policy and service areas in an integrated way.

OPM is contributing to the international debate on Aid Policy through reviewing international experience and in the practical implementation of improved aid arrangements.

OPM has the capacity to support countries in overcoming the constraints to the development of educational services by providing a combination of economic analysis, financial management, organisation development and statistical services.
