OPM provided two consultants to implement the Lao PDR case study as part of a joint DFID/World Bank partnership programme covering 'Public Expenditures for Pro-Poor Agricultural Growth'. The programme was implemented in six countries with the lessons and experiences consolidated into a comprehensive lessons learnt report to inform government departments and donor institutions of how public expenditures can be aligned more efficiently and effectively with identified public policy and programme interventions.
