The objectives of the assignment was to provide a qualitative and quantitative fiduciary risk assessment of SSAJ sector based on specific indicators drawn from the PEFA at the inception of the three year SSAJ programme between DFID and the Government of Malawi, and on the DFID Fiduciary Risk Assessment Guidance of 2004, and make recommendations on ways to mitigate the risks.
