OPM was commissioned to provide technical inputs to the second annual budget reform seminar of the Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI) held in Maputo, Mozambique on 30 November – 2 December 2005. CABRI is a professional network of senior African budget officials from ministries of finance and planning and was established in 2004. The objective of the network is to contribute towards the efficacy of public financial management on the African continent through, i.e. information sharing, development of common approaches and good practices and country visits.
