In 2006, OPM worked with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd to strengthen public expenditure management in Madhya Pradesh. OPM's inputs focussed on technical support to the development of an overall programme for strengthening of Public Expenditure Management (PEM) systems and to the preparation of a Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF).
