OPM scoped and then undertook a Public Expenditure Review (PER) of the Palestine Health Sector in both the West Bank and Gaza. The PER reviewed progress and developments in Health sector programmes, expenditures and outcomes during the most recent three years and spending plans for the period 2005-2008, as a complement to other diagnostic studies currently being carried out in the Palestine Health sector. In combination, these studies aim to improve Health sector performance and accountability.
