OPM was part of a consortium that worked with the Ministry of Health and Social Development (MHSD - formerly the Ministry of Labour and Social Development) to build capacity to participate in the design and implementation of the social budget. The project provided technical assistance to enable the MHSD to contribute more effectively to the process of federal budget setting and implementation. The project addressed both technical and procedural aspects and the decision-making relations between key stakeholders.
