Project Information

Oxford Policy Management worked collaboratively with the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, unions and private sector officials to develop and implement a credible stabilisation plan and establish mechanisms to ensure collective responsibility for the plan throughout government. Inputs focus on three components: public administration modernisation, public expenditure management and private sector development. The project contributed to the improvement of policy making, financial management and performance improvement throughout all levels of government. The project team also provided support for donor coordination.
