Project Information

OPM was awarded a framework contract to provide expert advisory services in support of DFID's activities in the Public Sector Reform field. The scope of work included programme and systems design, training and development, institutional capacity building, research and policy development and general advice. The main areas of support were: Public Policy Formulation, State Institutional Arrangements, Pay Reform Policy, Payroll Management, Performance Management Systems and Output Budgeting, and Pensions Reform and Management.
