OPM provided a consultant to work with the Governor and Ministry of Finance of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) to address key identified areas of Public Finance Management (PFM) Reform. This project was a continuation of previous assistance provided to TCI to support PFM on the islands. The consultant worked in a flexible manner, responding to the immediate needs of the Government, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer. This included work on short term cash flow forecasts and revenue management. The overall areas of work for the assignment were the continuation of progress towards (i) reform of the financial legislative framework, (ii) support to Treasury and PFM Reform, and (iii) financial accountability of Statutory Bodies.
