OPM secured a place on DFID’s Global Evaluations Framework Agreement (GEFA) in September 2012. To enable DFID to strengthen the effectiveness and impact of its evaluations, and to respond their stated demands for value for money, rigorous, high quality evaluations, OPM formed a consortium called e-Pact with Itad. e-Pact is a world-class consortium of more than 30 organisations, co-managed by OPM and Itad, whose collective expertise and experience enables us to carry out any type of evaluation in any thematic area, including under-evaluated areas such as climate change, in all of DFID’s priority countries. Under this framework contract e-Pact has successfully won the opportunity to undertake a wide range of evaluations for DFID, and is now delivering 25+ evaluations across over 20 countries and 15 thematic areas.
