Summary:
The recent independent review of the NEPAD IPPF conducted by Oxford Policy Management highlighted progress of the Fund to date, but also a number of key areas where significant progress is required. One of the recommendations in the action plan is for IPPF to develop and adopt a Business Plan based on the agreed mandate, role and targets. This should include a new Logframe.
This consultancy is to help support the IPPF Coordinator develop its Business Plan and where appropriate within that process address a number of the other recommendations in the IPPF review that would naturally fall within a Business plan e.g. mandate, processes, procedures, systems, human and financial resources as well as M&E framework going forward.
