OPM was asked to make a presentation to the Cabinet of Uganda on the evaluation carried out for the Office of the Prime Minister in the previous year of the evaluation of the Poverty Eradication Action Plan. Two OPM consultants prepared a 30-minute PowerPoint presentation of key findings to a cabinet meeting and fielded an hour-long Q and A session.
