Summary:
OPM was commissioned to produce two background papers to assist in preparation of the Australian government position ahead of the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness on Busan. The first paper synthesised lessons on aid effectiveness experience from Australian aid based on a review of reports prepared by the Office of Development Effectiveness. The second reviewed international experience with implementation of commitments under the Paris Declaration on Mutual Accountability for aid.
